Here’s how it works:
- Fill in the form with as much detail as possible. For an accurate quote, it’s best if you can please upload your site plans with the form.
- Our friendly and efficient team will aim to have your quote back to you within five to seven business days, and highlight any key details or issues that stand out to us straight away.
- If you’re happy to accept the quote, we will request you fill in your engagement letter and pay your initial deposit.

Pricing varies for each class of building and the amount of work that is required. We are more than happy to provide you with a quote, you can get your quote by filling in the form above.
To simplify this process, we would require these items to complete a preliminary assessment:
- Engagement Form
- Architectural Drawings – Site plan, floor plan, elevations and sections
- Engineering (if applicable)

Certification is the act of verifying the built or existing structure is in line with the Planning Act 2016 and Building Code of Australia. This entails that the structure must be structurally sound and constructed to be safely used upon completion.
